Faced with the current small number of varieties and rapidly changing market demand,the traditional mass production methods of steel companies have been unable to meet the development needs.Therefore,we must actively develop new high-end,high value-added steel products and services that meet market demand and development trends,and achieve transformation and upgrading through the application of lean production methods.This research takes QD special steel steelmaking plant as the research object,takes lean production transformation and upgrading as the starting point,and comprehensively applies various lean production management concepts and tools to carry out all-round in-depth diagnosis and analysis of the problems existing in steelworks.On this basis,through the implementation of a variety of specific lean improvement measures,the management ideas and operating habits have been transformed,the ideological basis of lean production for all employees has been consolidated,and a sound performance management and continuous improvement mechanism for lean transformation has been established.It has achieved the established goal of improving management level,promoting production increase and efficiency,improving quality,and improving key technical and economic indicators,and finally achieved the goal of the lean transformation model factory in the steel mill construction group.This paper first introduces the realistic background of this research from three aspects:domestic background,foreign background and industry background.Then it introduces the definition connotation of lean production theory,domestic and foreign development process and application methods to lay the theoretical foundation of this research.Furthermore,through a brief introduction to the steel mill,it is found that the four key issues to be solved in this study are:the concept and capacity building,the steel consumption,the energy efficiency,and the quality improvement;then the enterprise research and the collection of basic data.Using the theory and tools of lean production to conduct specific diagnostic analysis on the four major problems,and to obtain the key factors leading to the lean loss of various problems;combined with the conclusions drawn from lean diagnostic analysis,the theory of lean production is applied to the four major problems.The tool method improves and implements various elements of corporate philosophy,management system,operation system,etc.,and finalizes the program objectives by designing key economic and technical indicators,determining medium and long-term goals,formulating implementation measures and plans,implementing plans,and tracking and improving.,At last Steel plant construction process had to lean transformation model factory summarize,refined out of the factory building lean transformation model "Three nine-step" implementation of a standardized model.Finally,the whole process of this research and application is summarized,the achievements and successful experiences are summarized,the problems and shortcomings in the research process are analyzed,and the development and application of the next lean production are prospected.For future reference by other units or researchers. |
