Research On Fine Management Of Ship Sectional Painting Operation

As an important process in modern shipbuilding,sectional painting operation takes a lot of man-hours and costs in the construction of a ship,and its importance will gradually increase with the increase of environmental protection standards and labor costs.Many shipyards have many problems in the process of sectional painting operation,Including the work plan preparation can not achieve the overall planning,the dispatching is not elaborate enough,the paint collection and distribution management is not timely enough,and the quality management is extensive and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and solve the main problems by using fine management thought and scientific management methods combined with the characteristics of the sectional painting operation,so as to reduce the operation cost and improve the operation efficiency.Based on fine management thought and scientific management,this paper discusses how to achieve fine management in the two stages of sectional painting operation plan management and field management.the main research contents are as follows:(1)The sectional painting process and job management operations to analyze the problems,and finds out the need to be refined in the management of the sectional painting operation.(2)Based on the fine decomposition of sectional painting operation,this paper discusses how to establish a JIT-based sectional painting operation plan management system and how to establish the sectional painting operation dispatch management refinement mode based on the work package / work order,How to establish a flexible sectional painting operation scheduling system and how to establish a kanban-based sectional painting operation control mode.(3)Meticulous field management of sectional painting operation is studied from the aspects of operating efficiency,on-site 6S management,coating set delivery management,quality management and team management,in order to reduce the waste,reduce the operating cost and clear the responsibility for management.(4)In view of the lack of the corresponding evaluation system for the management effect of the shipyard sectional painting operation,this paper analyzes the evaluation index of the management effect of the sectional painting operation,based on this,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the management effect of the sectional painting operation based on analytic hierarchy process is constructed.This paper studies the fine management of sectional painting operation,which helps the ship enterprises to carry out the management and advance of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for information and intelligentization of sectional painting operation.
