Study On The Influence Of The Error Management Climate In Coal Enterprises On Miner's Unsafe Behavior

In recent years,with the increase in coal mine safety supervision,the safety production situation of coal mines has continued to improve steadily.However,there have been cases of violations of laws and regulations in coal mines.In particular,the status quo of safe production is still not optimistic.Among the many factors that cause coal mine accidents,the unsafe behavior of miners is an important cause of coal mine accidents.Compared with other manufacturing industries,on the one hand,the educational background of the labor force in the coal industry is generally low,and on the other hand,the underground working environment is very bad,so Miners have a greater chance of making mistakes at work.Negative error management atmosphere may lead to unsafe mentality of miners,leading to further unsafe behavior of miners.From the perspective of error management,this paper takes unsafe psychology as an intermediary variable,and aims to explore the relationship between coal mine enterprise error management atmosphere,miners unsafe psychology and unsafe behavior,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for reducing coal mine enterprise accidents.Based on the literature review,this paper analyzes the relationships between error management climate,unsafe psychology and unsafe behavior,and proposes the theoretical model and assumptions of error management climate and unsafe psychology on unsafe behavior.Combine the domestic and foreign maturity scales with the purpose of this study,modify it on the basis of the scale,develop the scale,and modify and optimize the initial scale by reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of the scale.To form a formal questionnaire.Finally,the survey of M coal group mines in Shanxi Province was conducted as a survey object,questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain research data,and datawere analyzed by SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 software.The influence of error management climate on unsafe behavior of miners was analyzed.The mediating role of unsafe psychology leads to the main research conclusions of this paper.The research results show that the error learning atmosphere,the error thinking atmosphere,the error communication atmosphere,and the error handling atmosphere all have a significant negative impact on the unsafe behavior of miners.Therefore,the error management atmosphere has a negative impact on the unsafe behavior of miners;error management All dimensions of the atmosphere have a significant negative impact on the unsafe psychology of the miners;the unsafe mentality of the miners has a significant positive impact on the unsafe behavior of the miners;the relationship between the unsafe psychological variables in the error management atmosphere and the dimensions and unsafe behaviors.It plays a part in mediating.This paper takes the miners of M Coal Group of Shanxi Province as the research object,discusses the influence of enterprise error management atmosphere,the unsafe psychology of miners and the unsafe behavior of miners,and finds that the positive error management atmosphere of enterprises helps to reduce the unsafe behavior of miners.thereby reducing the incidence of accidents.Therefore,coal mine enterprise managers and miners should pay attention to the application of error management in coal mine safety management.In particular,create a positive error management atmosphere,emphasizing tolerance and error learning.Regularly carry out error communication activities in the work to promote miners to communicate and learn from each other,thereby reducing the unsafe behavior of miners and improving the safety behavior of employees,thereby reducing safety accidents.
