With the process of rapid urbanization,The large number of rural-urban land transfer has caused tremendous changes in the ecosystem, which has a certain impact on the ecological well-being of the social residents. With the deepening of the understanding of ecological well-being,people begin to think about the importance of ecological well-being and the intuitive feelings of stakeholders in rural-urban land transfer. Therefore,it is urgent to explore residents’ preferences for ecological well-being in rural-urban land transfer,so as to provide technical reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and measures in the process of rural-urban land transfer, and then establish appropriate policies and measures. The speed and scale of rural-urban land transfer should be controlled by certain means. On the basis of relevant literature research, the sample cities in the eastern, central and western regions were selected to visit and survey the two groups of farmers and citizens.Based on this, the farmers and citizens were recognized for their recognition of the ecological well-being of agricultural land transfer.Under the degree of knowledge, the heterogeneity of the ecological welfare effects of the residents in the eastern, central and western regions of China’s eastern, central and western regions was explored through the selection of experimental methods(CE)and the construction of potential classification models(LCM).Specifically, the heterogeneity of ecological well-being based on the perspective of farmers and citizens is explored by assessing the specific preferences of the factors affecting the ecological well-being of different stakeholders in the circulation of agricultural land. The introduction part of this paper first introduces the research progress, research purposes, research significance and so on.Then it expounds the theoretical foundations such as agricultural land transfer, ecological welfare and other related concepts, externality theory, welfare economics theory and cognitive related theory. On the basis of introducing the research area and data source, the paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the basic characteristics of the sample, and makes a preliminary analysis of the residents’ ecological well-being and the willingness to pay in different dimensions.Again, the effect on the ecological well-being of residents Heterogeneity research, including the introduction of research methods and analytical models, selection of experimental design and survey, parameter definition and assignment, selection of potential classification models, etc.,using Mplus to analyze the heterogeneity of residents’ preferences; Finally, the main conclusions of this study are presented based on the research results. The conclusions of the study show that:(1)Residents’ perception of the five dimensions of the human happiness index, there are large differences in different regions, and there are also large differences between citizens and farmers, such as the overall satisfaction of the public on the health dimension.>In the central part, farmers’ overall satisfaction with the health dimension is western>middle>eastern;(2)different regions and different respondents have different preferences for ecological well-being,and each has different preference characteristics, such as the preference of eastern citizens. It is divided into three categories: price-sensitive,security-preference,and relationship-preference.Overall,respondents in the central region are more diversified than in the east and west, and respondents in the western region are more sensitive to prices;(3)farmland cities are circulating to citizens and farmers in the Middle,Central and Western regions. There are differences in the factors that influence the preference. In this regard, the following policy recommendations are proposed to better promote the ecological well-being protection of the public in urban land circulation: first,to differentiate the ecological welfare related policies of citizens and farmers;second,to improve the ecological compensation mechanism based on spatial heterogeneity,Improve the corresponding compensation system;the third is to specifically enhance farmers’ awareness of ecological well-being and ecological protection.
