The refuge chamber is an important part of the underground mine hedging system.When an accident occurs in the underground coal mine,the affected personnel can quickly enter the refuge chamber.The refuge room includes several systems such as oxygen supply,air purification,cooling and cooling.The systems need to cooperate with each other to ensure the safety and health of the personnel.Because the personnel are always in a closed environment,the oxygen supply system is the core of the refuge chamber.It is necessary to meet the breathing needs of the personnel and extend the oxygen supply time.At present,the automation technology is widely used in coal mines.The combination of the automatic control system and the refuge chamber system greatly improves the stability and reliability of the system operation.Based on the experimental platform of the refuge chamber,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the automatic control of the oxygen supply system and the toxic and harmful gas removal system.From the hardware construction of each system to the software programming control,the continuous automatic control of the oxygen supply system is finally realized.And the experiment has proved that the effect is good and the system is reliable.The whole control system includes oxygen supply system hardware equipment,PLC automatic control equipment and personnel positioning system equipment.The personnel positioning system is mainly used to obtain the number of personnel to calculate the oxygen supply amount.The hardware related to the oxygen supply system involves pressure air supply,compressed oxygen supply,air curtain,spray,air purifier,etc.The temperature and humidity,carbon monoxide,oxygen,methane and carbon dioxide sensors are installed in the chamber,and the pipeline valves are divided into manual Control and solenoid valve control.The PLC includes a CPU and an analog processing module EM231,which can be connected to sensors,solenoid valves,alarm devices,etc.to automatically control.The automatic control system software program design includes sensor concentration acquisition program,oxygen concentration control program,oxygen concentration adjustment program and remote control program.It can monitor the air quality of the evacuation chamber and control the operation of the oxygen supply equipment in real time.The remote control function is VB.The combination ofsoftware,through the VB program and interface writing,can remotely read the data monitored by the refuge chamber,and control the device to start and stop through the interface operation.During the commissioning and operation of the oxygen supply automatic control system,common fault problems were found and solved one by one,and the fault elimination method was proposed to improve the stability of the system operation.Through the analysis of the data of the real human experiment,it was found that all the indicators were normal,and finally the reliability of the whole system was verified.After the construction of the automatic control system is completed,it provides a better platform for subsequent personnel experiments,and on this basis,conducts more in-depth research on oxygen supply calculation.
