Research On Cost Control Of Electrical Equipment Procurement Project Shenghua Chemical Group Company

At requirements of the acceleration of global economic integration,China economic development and structural adjustment and “The Belt and Road”,China enterprises realized that it is necessary to reduce the operating cost to survive and develop in the competition in the global market.Equipment procurement costs have a large proportion for production enterprises.To reduce the enterprise cost reduction,reducing the procurement costs is the first step.Therefore,it is very important to control the procurement cost for the aiming of reducing the operation cost of the enterprise.Based on the above background and combining the electrical equipment procurement cost,this paper will discuss and analyze the physical truth of Shida Shenghua from the division of functions,procurement process,bidding problem etc.And then improving strategies and methods is proposed.The improving strategies for procurement equipment cost controlling include procurement process optimization,supplier management,equipment selection,equipment cost and benefit analysis,bidding work improvement and personnel incentive system.To ensure the results scientific and objective,the multi-level analysis and quantitative method is adopted.It is useful to allocate the enterprise's centralized resources and control the procurement cost through the management of supplier and the informatization of purchasing processes.All of these improvement and designs are of practical value and will improve the management of the enterprise.On the basis of reference to the relevant literature from experts and scholars,this paper makes a basic research on the procurement cost controlling and the management techniques through two basic methods.The purchasing cost control of Shida Shenghua is conducted in-depth research following this idea.
