Study On The Cost Control System Of Shengli Oilfield Under The Mode Of “Oil Company”

Cost management in enterprise financial management activities occupy the important position and role,cost control is an important part of the oil company mechanism reform of financial system.In order to adapt to the "oil company" changes in the institutional reform,Shengli oilfield should confirm the financial function orientation of the financial department,innovate financial management mode and establish the new financial management system.So under the background of the oil company mechanism reform,this paper has a research on perfection of cost control of Shengli Oilfield and lays a foundation of the construction of a new system of financial mechanism.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition of oil company and oil company management mode.Secondly,this paper outlines the development course of Shengli oilfield in terms of cost control and the cost control methods and points out the cost control problems of Shengli Oilfield.Thirdly,on the basis of cost control experience of foreign oil companies,combining with the actual situation of Shengli oilfield,this paper puts forward main idea and method and supporting measures in order to improve the "oil company" cost control system of Shengli Oilfield.
