Study On Production Cost Control Of JM Company In Liaohe Oilfield

JM Company of Liaohe Oilfield(hereinafter referred to as "JM Company")belongs to Liaohe Oilfield.Its main development area is the beach area.Influenced by the complex environment of the development area,JM Company has great difficulty in oil exploitation and investment risk,which leads to its high oil production cost.Although JM has been committed to cost control since its inception,the results are not satisfactory.In the face of the continuing downturn in oil prices and the compression of the group's cost indicators,cost saving is a top priority.In the first part of the paper,the research background,purpose,significance and literature review of cost control were sorted out,and the research ideas of this paper were obtained.The second part introduces the concept,principle,process,content and method of cost control,and explains the theoretical basis of cost control.The third part analyzes the current situation of JM company's oil production cost,through the analysis of JM company profile,JM company's oil production cost composition and characteristics,JM company's oil production cost control present situation,obtains JM company's oil production cost present situation and the question;It is concluded that serious depreciation of fixed cost,lack of control of operating cost and lack of system control of cost assessment are the shortcomings of JM company in oil production cost control.The fourth part of JM company cost control improvement scheme is put forward constructive suggestions,mainly has the essential point of cost control goal,increase the intensity of cost control,improve the cost control of the assessment mechanism,deduce the cost control of the desired effect,effectively solve the problem of weak cost management of JM company,in the market competition.
