Study On Cost Control Of Shengli Oilfield Exploration Area Of Xinjiang

This paper compares 2012-2014 domestic oil exploration project exploration cost situation,on the basis of the exploration of the theory and method of cost control for law,on the basis of research and Discussion on Xinjiang oilfield exploration project cost control system.This paper discusses and researches from the following three aspects,and to further strengthen the Xinjiang exploration cost control,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,from the analysis of factors influencing the cost of oil and gas exploration,combined with the characteristics of the project and the cost of the exploration process,especially for geophysical prospecting,drilling,logging,oil exploration and try the occurrence of project cost,the influence factors such as cost,the construction process of the material fee and other expenses,also need to consider the resources management fee and other subjective and objective factors.Secondly,the exploration project cost control in Shengli Oilfield as an example to analyze the status quo of exploration cost control,on the basis of the comparison between the present situation of domestic and international oil and gas exploration project cost control,existing in domestic oil and gas exploration project in Shengli Oilfield as the representative of the problems in the cost control,put forward the corresponding solutions and measures.Finally,starting from the improvement of exploration project cost control system point of view,to develop the audit plan regularly and puts forward some improvement measures in a timely and effective manner,especially in order to better control the cost of the exploration of Xinjiang area in the future,the new scheme is put forward.
