Study On Cost Control Of External Project Of Shengli Well Logging Company

In the current petroleum economic situation,traditional cost control method has hardly satisfied the needs of development of the petroleum engineering enterprises.The enterprise needs to change idea of cost control,perfect the cost control system,improve the level of fine control.Improvement and innovation should be made by the enterprise to its own cost control method in order to promote sustainable development of petroleum engineering enterprise in new era.Due to the uniqueness of the well logging project,neither the standard cost control method nor the activity-based costing can be independently applied to meet the needs of the cost control of well logging external project.By contrasting and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the standard cost method and the activity-based costing,the author finds out the advantages of integration and innovation of both standard cost control and activity-based costing.The author combined the cost control characteristics of Shengli Well Logging Company's external project and integrated the standard cost method and the activity-based costing,through activities-dividing to identify resource drivers and activity driver.By applying the engineering estimates and historical cost calculation to establish cost control scheme which are in line with the external project features of Shengli Well Logging Company.that is Standard Activity-Based Costing.The actual application of the Standard Activity-Based Costing in specific cases indicates that the well logging external project could achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency by this new cost control method.The application of the standard activity-based costing provides new ideas for cost controlling of Shengli Well Logging Company's external project.Cost control of external projects forms a closed loop of operations from project initiation to project termination,each operating point in the closed-loop will provide cost control operation guarantee of external project.By strengthening control at each point of operation of the external project,the external project profit maximization of Shengli Well Logging can be finally realized.
