With the development of society, science and technology, people's living standards are rising, people's demand in security equipment also rising. In everyday life, people's personal belongings and confidential documents are locked in private space for keep them safe. If we selected traditional mechanical lock, we also needed the adaptation key to open lock,when the adaptation key was lost, the safety of lock could be reduced, keep and find the right key is so troublesome.To meet people's needs for lock, we replace traditional mechanical lock with Intelligent electronic lock, the lock will be more safe and convenient.In recent years, the development of large-scale integrated circuits is rapid, Reducing costs while increasing performance, more and more electronic lock using microcontroller developed. The core of design in this article also use microcontroller, it use image recognition technology to unlock.it solve the problem in traditional mechanical, Enhance the Security,Improved expansibility and portability.This design use STM32F407 as microcontroller, the chip is made by STMicroelectronics, and the kernel is base on ARM Cortex-M4. Image sensor in this design is OV7670, made by Omni Vision. Using Laser transmitter create a cartesian coordinate system in the plane for positioning.User use laser key change the laser dot in cartesian coordinate system to input password. This way improve the security, reliability and portability for Intelligent electronic lock. The hardware circuit diagram and software flow diagram are given in this article, also introduce the key technology of this design. This design consist of three step complete the project: hardware collect image information, simulate in computer, and finally download in microcontroller. When hardware device collect a image, computer use the program,write with Python, receive data of the image. After deal with image algorithm, use Python program display the image data in computerwindow.Downloading the right software in hardware device, finally debug design and complete this project.
