Design Of Electronic Door Lock Intelligent Management System Based On Wireless Network

With the development of modern society, there are more and more centralized management office buildings sunch as schools, businesses and hospitals in our surroundings.The management for these locks in the buildings is not only the control of a single channel or a single door, but also the exact control of each region and each lock point. Even more, it is not limited to the separate management for keys and locks. It is combined with the management of staff, rooms and other information. But the traditional locks management system has some deficiencies such as single management function, high cost, wiring difficulties and low security, and it is only used in few public places, for instance, hotels and guest houses.In this paper, a new intelligent locks management system for the centralized management office buildings is designed.The design is based on RFID technology, and combined with ZigBee wireless communication, VB interface design and database development and other technologies.The current research status of electronic lock management system is introduced, and the research purpose and significance of this topic is describesd in the paper. A new set of design scheme about electronic locks intelligent management system is given, and the composition and working principle of the system are discussed, too.How to achieve the functions include unlocking, querying unlock records, key cards management is studied.The hardware design of the lock intelligent controller and the terminal controller is completed. After building the hardware, the software design of the lock intelligent controller and the terminal controller, including the building of wireless communication networks, the intelligent control program of the lock intelligent controller, card reading and writing procedures of the terminal controller is finished.With VB language and database development technologies, the intelligent electronic door lock system management software of PC is designed. It realizes the intelligent management of locks, staff and key cards. After completing the system’s hardware welding and building the whole system, the performance testing is carried out for the basic realization of the design requirements. In addition, the lacks of the system are analyzed, and the further improved orientation is given.The lock management information system has multiple functions such as unlocking with IC card, unlock permission settings, automatically recording unlock records, remote unlocking, personnel information management, room information management, and so on. It not only ensures the security of the lock system, but also realizes integration management for staff, room, locks and room cards, and it reduces costs and improves the management efficiency. ZigBee wireless network technology is used for remote communication between the lock controllers and PC, which eliminates the wiring problems while the system is installed. In addition, the lock management information system is highly versatile and suitable for schools, businesses, office buildings and other public places after being slightly modified.
