Research On Regional Environmental Performance Evaluation System Based On The Urban-rural Integration

To promote the integration of urban and rural development is an important strategic task in our country,the construction of ecological civilization has become an important guide and constraints to realize the regional sustainable development,and the integration of urban and rural ecological environment as an important part of the integration of urban and rural,urban and rural ecological environment and environmental management governance also have the problems of imbalance.Environmental performance evaluation is an important component of environmental accounting,which is one of the research topics in management accounting.It is conducive to the clear gap between urban and rural ecological environment and to solve the problems,finally directing the practice to improve.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature of environmental performance evaluation,integration of urban and rural areas,this paper sums up the relevant classical theory and the latest authoritative research status,and lays a theoretical foundation for this study.At the same time,through the investigation of regional environmental management's situations and problems,to further clarify the necessity of strengthening the regional environmental performance evaluation of the urban-rural integration,strengthening the practical basis of this study.Combined with theories and practices,this paper designs the regional environmental performance evaluation system based on the design goals and principles,in accordance with the PSR model as the logical framework,including the environmental performance index system and environmental performance models.Finally,according to the actual application of the evaluation system and analysis of the evaluation results,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations and security measures.
