Research And Analysis On Safety Management System Of Civil Engineering Construction Site

Civil engineering construction site safety management is very systematic work,its biggest characteristic is that covers a wide range,related to many factors.So far,the level of safety management in construction of civil engineering in our country is still relatively weak,combining accident induced theory can be seen to cause safety accidents occurred frequently the main reason is management of defects,which will not only influence the project cost,which brings to the construction period and quality fluctuation is very huge.And under the current development of the construction market more and more rapidly,foreign construction enterprises is involved,making the market environment more complex,only to improve the level of safety management,To promote China’s construction enterprises in the fierce market competition invincible.This paper uses the principle of system engineering,from the analysis,design,operation of the construction site safety management system is studied in three aspects,and the use of the new methods and means,carries on the analysis to the management system,generally speaking,completed the research work includes following several aspects of content.First,the use of safety management engineering principles to establish the relevant system,to achieve the management system analysis,design and operation,and the application of specific cases to do a simple description.Secondly,the accident causing theory,pre risk analysis method and fault tree analysis method are introduced and improved,and it is applied to the construction site safety management system,completed the construction site safety management.Third,the use of accident causing theory may lead to accident of the factor to carry on the analysis and identification.At the same time,the risk evaluation method of MES and quantifies the factors,by the completion of the above work,for the formulation of reasonable safety plan,improve construction site safety management system to the very valuable scientific references.Fourth,through the foreign civil engineering construction safety management of the external environment analysis,find out the problems faced by the external environment construction,and puts forward the concrete to strengthen the strategy of the construction of the external environment.
