Study On Safety Production Management Of JA Civil Explosive Enterprise

The products of civil explosion industry are widely used in many fields such as mining,metallurgy,transportation,water conservancy,electric power,construction and petroleum,especially in the basic industry,important large-scale infrastructure construction field,and play an irreplaceable role in the field of mining,metallurgy,transportation,water conservancy,electricity,construction and petroleum.It has long been called the foundation of the basic industry,the energy of the energy industry.Civil explosive is a kind of flammable and explosive dangerous goods,and its production,sales,storage and other links are risky.Therefore,the civil explosive industry has not only the characteristics of general national economy,but also the safety of production and public safety.Production safety management of civil explosion industry is the focus of production management of enterprises,and the standard of production safety management of civil explosion enterprises is obviously higher than that of ordinary production enterprises.In order to strengthen the construction of safety production management of civil explosion enterprises,It is necessary to make use of the research methods and thinking of industrial engineering to analyze and study the safety production management process of civil explosion production enterprises,to find out the solutions to safety problems,and to establish a scientific safety production management system.In this paper,a civil explosion enterprise in Jiangxi province is chosen as the research object,and the industrial engineering thinking is used to analyze the safety production management of the enterprise and put forward the methods to perfect the safety management.The emphasis of this paper is to use the method of industrial engineering,from the original,auxiliary materials to finished products,from the external environment to the internal facilities,from the production process to storage and transportation,to the civil explosion production enterprises.The possible risk factors in every link ofcivil explosion enterprise are analyzed and summarized,as well as the analysis of typical safety accidents in civil explosion enterprise.According to the principle of combining theory with practice,through the analysis of safety factors and the mode of thinking of continuous improvement of industrial engineering,the paper finally puts forward the construction of safety management system for civil explosion enterprises,the identification and classification of major hazard sources,Safety emergency plan construction and accident information transmission and disposal of each link of the improvement plan.
