Research On The Strategy Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Hegang City From The Perspective Of Ecological Transformation

The ecological civilization construction of resource-based cities is the only way for urban development.In the 1980 s,the United States,Germany,France and other countries conducted a series of studies on the ecological civilization construction of resource-based cities.They analyzed and discussed the economic,cultural,industrial and environmental aspects of the city,and accumulated a large number of Theoretical basis and practical experience.Since the early 1990 s,many academics in China have also begun to study the issue of ecological civilization construction in resource-based cities and have achieved certain research results.However,compared with foreign countries,China's relevant theoretical research is still immature,lacking in research fields,and not comprehensive in research methods and research methods.Some urban ecological construction problems have not been effectively solved.The relevant research conclusions show that the main reason for the gradual depletion of resource-based cities in China is caused by weak infrastructure,insufficient foreign investment,inadequate environmental protection and unemployed people,which makes the country face poor economic returns and low fiscal revenue.And the problem of the decline in the living standards of the people,so the exhaustion of resource-based cities has been highly valued by the state.In recent years,the natural environment of Hegang City has been seriously damaged,and the industrial structure is relatively single.After years of development of coal resources,the depletion of resources has become an inevitable reality,which has led to the slow development of urban economy.A series of problems such as low employment rates and a decline in overall living standards.The urban transformation of Hegang City has become an inevitable way to solve this problem.Based on this,this paper takes Hegang City as the research object and conducts research on ecological civilization construction.From the connotation significance of ecological civilization construction,the development path of ecological civilization construction and related mature classic cases,the paper discusses the theoretical research status and basic theory of resource-based urban ecological civilization construction.Then it analyzes the status quo of urban development in Hegang City,and focuses on the dilemma,treatment strategies and industrial transformation goals of Hegang City in ecological civilization construction.Furthermore,it puts forward a series of strategies and suggestions for Hegang City from the aspects of planning focus,guiding ideology,construction theme and specific implementation measures,so as to scientifically and rationally carry out ecological civilization construction.It will provide some reference for the sustainable development of the future city.
