Research On Construction Of Ecological Civilization Development Strategy Of Liaocheng

Economic development is the double-edged sword, on one hand, it helps toincrease the material wealth of community, improving the people's livingconditions, and to improve people's ability to transform nature, on the other hand,the economic development has brought tremendous pressure on resources and theenvironment and even devastating damage. With economic development,pollution damage to the environment is becoming worse and worse, but peopleare getting higher quality to life. Thus, the pollution of the environment andquality of life requirements seem to make a contradiction, but it gives birth to thevoices of construction of ecological civilization city. Construction of ecologicalcivilization city, prevention and treatment of environmental pollution, canimprove the quality of life. It is the current trend of the times. The trends alsois in line with the current requirements of building a harmonious society.Ecological civilization study in western countries have made a lot ofachievements. But in China, the current ecological civilization city constructionresearch and practice research is a little slowly. Therefore, according to theactual situation of China, to research the local urban ecological civilizationconstruction is very necessary and helpful.This paper, on the basis of previous studies, firstly elaborates the concept ofecological civilization city. And then, on the basis of population ecology, socialecology, economic and ecological systems and natural ecosystems to research theecological civilization city evaluation system. On this paper, the author takesLiaocheng as an example, using empirical analysis, field surveys, literature andother methods, combined with the actual situation of Liaocheng, to explore theconstruction way of ecological civilization city. According to ecologicalcivilization in the population, social, economic and natural deficiencies, thepaper analyzes the tactics put forward countermeasures, thus contributing to theconstruction of ecological civilization of Liaocheng. Study on the constructionof ecological civilization city may help raise awareness of ecological andenvironmental protection. It also to promote the economic development of thecity on the basis of ecological civilization effectively. The author also hope to provide scientific basis for the current city planning.
