Design And Implementation Of Meat Traceability Query System

Meat product contains many kinds of substances needed by the human body,which is an essential food on the table.Inner Mongolia has unique natural conditions and is an important production and export base for green meat in the country.In recent years,Strong market consumption demand stimulates the production of livestock,but meat safety problems have occurred frequently.This not only brings economic losses to the country but also raises consumer concerns about the safety of meat products.In order to effectively manage and supervise the safety of livestock meat products in various circulation links,Protecting consumers’ right to know,preventing the safety of consumers’ tongue.Further building Inner Mongolia’s healthy consumption system in accordance with relevant regulations of our region,this article designs and implements traceability system for meat product.This thesis studies the combination of Internet of Things,Internet technology and modern computer technology.For Inner Mongolia meat food from pasture to sales,designed and implemented a meat product traceability system.In order to realize the transparency of the meat food industry chain,meat product has a record to be querying,supervision and management of meat food manufacturers,problems with meat can be promptly queried to the source of the information.Protecting the safety of consumers’ tongue,Improve the safety management level of meat product enterprises,To provide reference for the informatization construction of meat and food safety supervision system in our district.This system is based on the Eclipse platform,system development using Java programming language,the database is Mysql,achieving Meat Food Traceability System,the main research contents and work done in this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the review of food safety and related literature on traceability of meat product,combined with the actual circulation of meat product,the system business needs analysis and system design.(2)Analyze the technical feasibility and briefly introduce the key technologies used in the system.(3)Based on the traceability system requirements analysis,the traceability system’s overall business process design,traceability system function module design,and database design were completed.(4)This system realizes the information input,management and correlation of each subsystem,and realizes a complete data rights management system.It is easier to upgrade and maintain later.The traceability QR code generated by the mobile phone app automatic identification system was implemented,and the information in the circulation process of meat products was queried.The meat product traceability system mainly completes the collection,storage and maintenance of information on relevant enterprises and institutions of the meat food industry chain,including feed companies,farms,transportation companies,processing plants,quality inspection plants,and sales companies.Traceable information on the final sale of meat products can be obtained.Therefore,this system is applicable to relevant units on the traceability industry chain of meat products as well as meat product consumers.Using this system,the relevant staff of each unit can enter and maintain information.Consumers can use the two-dimensional code scanning function provided by the system to obtain traceability information of meat products.
