Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Liangting Township

With the continuous development of China's economy,the socialist road continues to move forward.At the Third Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the focus was on the construction of beautiful villages and the proposal of “beautiful villages” as the goal of struggle.The beautiful countryside is an important part of the construction of beautiful China.It is a comprehensive reform of the new socialist countryside under the guidance of ecological civilization construction.It is the only way for rural revitalization strategy and comprehensive realization of a welloff society.This paper is based on the beautiful rural construction of Liangting Township.Comprehensively use the literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire method to learn more about the main measures and achievements of Liangting Township in the beautiful rural construction.At the same time,visit the villages in Liangting Township and combine the actual situation of beautiful village construction in Liangting Township.A systematic and empirical study on the beautiful rural construction in Liangting Township was carried out,and the problems and causes in the construction of beautiful villages in Liangting Township were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of beautiful rural areas in traditional agricultural areas were put forward.he first part of this paper discusses the background,purpose and significance of beautiful rural construction,and finds appropriate research methods based on domestic and foreign literature;The second part defines the concept of beautiful rural and beautiful rural construction.Based on relevant theories,it introduces the standards for beautiful rural construction;The third part discusses the basic conditions and main practices of the beautiful rural construction in Liangting Township,and cites two representative villages,“Dajin Village” and “Yanghe Village” for analysis;The fourth part mainly analyzes the achievements,existing problems and causes of the beautiful rural construction in Liangting Township.It points out that there are insufficient infrastructure construction and management in the beautiful rural construction of Liangting Township,the construction planning changes can not be implemented one by one,the industrial development is slow,etc.The problem is derived from the lack of construction funds in Liangting Township,the short construction period,and the scarcity of construction talents.The fifth part mainly proposes the development of the industry,ecological protection,talent revitalization and infrastructure construction of Liangting Township.And other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,I hope to solve some problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Liangting Township;the sixth part is the summary and outlook of the full text.
