Research On Rural Eco-environmental Issues Under The Background Of Beautiful Rural Construction

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s economy and society have developed rapidly,and the rural society has also undergone tremendous changes,which are prominently manifested in the industrialization of agriculture,the emergence of professional farmers,and the substantial increase in farmers’ living standards.But at the same time,some new problems have appeared in rural areas,especially rural environmental problems,such as rural soil pollution,water pollution,and garbage pollution.These environmental problems not only destroy the rural ecological system,but also hinder the sustainable development of the rural areas and reduce the happiness of farmers ’ lives.This is also inconsistent with rural revitalization.For this reason,at the Third Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Party,the important task of building a beautiful countryside was put forward.This research starts from the background of the construction of beautiful villages,and on the basis of literature analysis,adopts participatory observation method and case analysis method to infer the overall rural ecological environment problem from the case.The study selected Village Z,a typical village in Dezhou City,Shandong Province.Through the analysis of the geographical and cultural characteristics,production and living conditions of Village Z,it was found that the ecological environment of Village Z had environmental pollution caused by agricultural production;environmental pollution caused by animal husbandry production;Environmental pollution caused by garbage;environmental pollution caused by fecal garbage;environmental pollution caused by rural tourism;new industry development brings new situation pollution and other problems.The reasons for these problems are mainly in the following aspects: short-term behavior driven by economy and profit The lagging nature of the consequences of environmental pollution;backward lifestyles and concepts;less and less dependent on rural areas;shortage of environmental governance resources,etc.This study believes that the construction of beautiful villages provides important ideas and directions for the current rural environmental governance.Therefore,to improve rural environmental problems,production development is needed-the development of refined agriculture to protect the rural industrial environment;a rich life-the improvement of the quality of life and the improvement of farmers’ environmental protection Awareness and environmental protection capabilities;rural style civilization-improve farmers’ literacy and protect the rural cultural environment;village cleanliness-strengthen rural health management to protect the rural landscape environment;management democracy-strengthen rural environmental governance through scientific management.In this way,it helps rural areas to restore the ecological system and promotes rural sustainable development.
