With the advancement of educational reform,as the direct executor of educational idea, the level of teaching ability of teachers is an important guarantee of educational reform, which directly affects the implementation of core accomplishment. As the reserve of the future chemistry teachers, chemistry normal students play the double roles of "students" and "teachers" in the future due to the particularity of their roles. They are not only the direct implementers of the core accomplishment in the future, but also the objects described by the core literacy. It is of far-reaching significance to study the new requirements for teaching ability of chemistry normal students under the new situation,to explore the development of its teaching ability development, and to put forward effective training strategies, which are of profound significance for improving the quality of talent training and promoting the development of students' core accomplishment in normal colleges and universities. In order to understand the new requirements of chemistry normal students' teaching ability and their ability development under the background of core literacy, this paper is based on core literacy and takes the chemistry normal students as the object of investigationt, mainly with the combination of grounded theoretical research method, questionnaire survey method and text analysis to carry out the research on their teaching ability.Firstly, with the method of rooted theory and Nvivo11.0 software, this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the relevant texts collected, and constructs the structural model of the teaching ability of chemistry normal students under the background of core literacy.Secondly, through self-designed questionnaire and analysis of the internship log,the senior chemistry normal students of Hunan Normal University are selected as the object of investigation, and the development of their teaching ability is investigated during the practice period, and the corresponding training strategies are put forward based on the six sub-abilities of the teaching ability model, respectively.Through the research of the subject, the following conclusions can be drawn in this paper:(1)Through the analysis of grounded theory,it is concluded that the teaching ability of chemistry normal students under the background of core literacy mainly consists of the ability of design and integration, the ability of implementing regulation and control, the ability of monitoring and evaluating, the ability of experimental inquiry and the ability of expanding innovation.(2)Through the research of the development of teaching ability and the analysis of the practice log,it is concluded that the teaching ability of the chemical normal students is obviously improved, which is at a good level, but it still has a great progress space. In addition to the demonstration of the teaching ability, the teaching ability of all dimensions has been developed significantly. However, the development of various dimensions of capacity is uneven, there are some deficiencies.Such as lack of scientific research and innovation, experimental exploration is formalistic, instructional design theory, poor adaptability, and so on.(3)Through the analysis of the questionnaire, the results have shown that the gender, the participation in the academic report and the reading of the educational books have no obvious influence on the development of the teaching ability of the chemical normal students. There are significant effects on the development of teaching ability of chemistry normal students, such as the type of middle school, the professional achievement, the experience of home teaching, the participation in teaching competitions and the number of lectures.
