Research On The Construction Of Teaching Ability Evaluation Index System Of Fashion Performance Teachers In Art Training Institutions

In 1989,Suzhou Silk Institute of Technology(now Soochow University)established China's first fashion show model class.After more than 30 years of development,more than 50 institutions of higher learning in China have set up fashion show major,but it is still a new major in Colleges and universities.The enrollment of students is mostly through the way of art examination.Most candidates participate in the art examination after short-term social training.In this process,the teaching ability of fashion performance teachers in training institutions has become an important factor.The purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation index system of teaching ability of fashion performance teachers in sports art training institutions,which can be used to evaluate the teaching ability of fashion performance teachers in sports art training institutions.By using the methods of literature review,Delphi,expert interview and analytic hierarchy process,and consulting 15 experts,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of teaching ability of fashion performance teachers in sports art training institutions,and determines the index weight in the evaluation index system by using analytic hierarchy process:(1)After three rounds of Delphi expert consultation questionnaire,on the basis of consulting 15 experts,this paper studies and establishes the teaching ability evaluation index system of fashion performance teachers in sports art training institutions.The evaluation index system consists of three first level indicators(a basic quality,B working ability,C professional development),nine second level indicators and 22 third level indicators.(2)In this study,AHP is used to determine the weight of the index items in the evaluation index system.Among the three first level indexes listed,"B working ability"(0.5584)> "a basic quality"(0.3196)> "C professional development"(0.1220),Working ability is the key evaluation and focus content of fashion performance professional teachers in sports art training institutions.
