With the development of marine economy,the contradiction between traditional seafood operation mode and surrounding environment is becoming more and more prominent.At present,the traditional way of drying marine products mainly depends on manpower.When the mariculture products reach the harvest season,they need to be placed in a flat air-drying site,which can be dried by the double effects of sunlight and wind.After reaching the appropriate air drying degree,it is picked up manually,collected to the processing point and processed in the later stage.Because of the long-term repeated use of the air-drying field,the traditional air-drying method results in the salinization of a large area of land,which has a serious impact on the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study the traditional way of drying seafood.In order to solve the increasingly fierce conflict between economic development and environmental protection in coastal areas,a set of marine machinery and equipment specially designed for drying demand of marine products is designed to promote ecological restoration work.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the development of drying system of marine products at home and abroad,and expounds the origin and significance of the subject in this paper.Finally,the research methods and contents of this paper are put forward.(2)According to the current development of marine products drying,the design scheme of automatic drying of marine products is put forward.The drying system is divided into six structural modules by using modular design idea,and the structure of the six modules is partially optimized.Three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks is used to model and assemble the parts and components of each module.(3)The static,dynamic and fluid-solid coupling simulation of the drying system is carried out by using finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability and stability of the structure design.(4)The control module of the air-drying system is programmed and designed.According to the design requirements,the control process of the control system is analyzed,the circuit schematic diagram is designed,and the program design is carried outaccording to the specific control flow.The program is simulated and tested by electronic components.(5)Through reasonable and effective modeling,finite element simulation and programming control,the physical prototype is developed.Considering all the processes from forming to disassembly,the design rationality and structural stability of the drying system are verified by the trial manufacture of the physical prototype.Based on the idea of modular design,this paper studies the drying system of marine machinery from the aspects of scheme design,mechanical simulation of main parts and physical prototype,and the research results change the traditional drying mode of marine products.This paper provides a new research idea,which is helpful to promote the common development of island economy and environmental protection,and has important research significance.
