The design procedure of the late-model cutting machine is discussed and the work-part performance is analyzed in this paper. To the machine system , CAD technology brought about auto-drawing, which improved the designing precision and efficiency. As far as the controlling system is concerned, automatic control to the cutting process is achieved to with the single-chip microprocessor, which meanwhile realized the low cost and high automation.The cutting machine belongs to grinding wheel cutting mode, it brought crosswise ajid vertical cutting ability to full play by suitable means. The machine adopted double deck spray cooling system and closed cutting pattern, the measures is effective and improved the sampling quality, enhanced the environmental protection and the operation safety; the paper advanced a kind of single-chip microprocessor system, it can not only accomplish the fundamental function, but also invent a new type of intelligent controllingsystem with Fuzzy Algorithm, which qualified the sampling quality.
