There are a lot of metallurgical machinery factories in China,producing a great variety of metallurgical machinery and mining equipment.With the development of metallurgical machinery manufacturing industry,the function and structure become more and more complex,and skilled workers have difficulty in understanding the function of equipment and assembly work in the process of equipment production and development because of the huge volume of equipment and the complex structure.In the production process of metallurgical machinery,enterprises can train skilled workers to master the function of the equipment quickly and accurately and assemble efficiently,which is very important for improving the production efficiency of the enterprise;on the other hand,the physical product is too bulky to be displayed in the promotion of new products and sales process,which leads to the lack of effective visual expression for new functions and product promotion.The thesis aims to research the industrial design simulation methods for the large mine equipment like metallurgical machinery,based on the theory of modern industrial design.focusing on these for,focusing on the crushing equipment of metallurgical machinery.With the theoretical guide of ergonomics design and man-machine interface design,the equipment with large size and complicated structure like metallurgical machinery is simulated with 3D virtual simulation technology,which is an effective approach to solving the problems for enterprises.The following will be presented:the method of establishing the digital model of large and complex mechanical equipment;the method of rendering processing for complex industrial models with cluster rendering technology;how to carry out the equipment assembly simulation with the industrial design simulation method in a reasonable and efficient way;how to carry out functional simulation for typical metallurgical machinery equipment;the realization of mobile terminal virtual exhibition design with Unity3D virtual reality technology;and the realization of interaction through VR technology combined with multimedia software technology;and the realization of browsing appearance of equipment and machinery structure,equipment operation,assembly simulation and maintenance on a computer or a mobile phone vividly.Through the in-depth investigation for manufacturers,summary of the characteristics of technicians and workers,the application of metallurgical machinery simulation in technical training and assembly is analyzed,and the positive effect in improving the production efficiency is summarized.The simulation program of metallurgical equipment is also a very effective marketing means for the promotion of this kind of product because customers are able to understand the new function and working principle through interactive environment more intuitively,which promotes the sales of products for manufacturers,thus improves the competitive ability of the related products and equipment,sets up manufacturer brand image,and increases the economic benefits of manufacturers.With the development of computer 3D animation technology,virtual reality technology and multimedia technology,modem industrial design simulation technology will be more and more widely used in the modern machinery manufacturing industry.
