Risk Management Analysis Of Intelligent Sanitation Project In SN District

Project risk management technology originated in America and became an indispensable management tool in western project management in 1960 s.It was introduced into our country in the early 1980 s.With the sustained and high speed development of our economy and the large and medium-sized project practice,the knowledge of project risk management has been enriched and developed rapidly in our country.And thus guiding the success of projects,including the three Gorges Dam.However,the development and application of project risk management technology in China is uneven between regions and projects,and in relatively backward areas and small scale projects,there is a lack of attention to project risk management.problem Project risk management is a favorable tool to deal with various uncertain factors in the process of project implementation and an important guarantee for the success of the project.Taking SN Smart Sanitation Project as an example,this paper makes a complete and detailed project risk management analysis.Through consulting literature,designing questionnaire,field investigation and so on,combining the professional knowledge of project risk management and the actual situation of SN,this paper discusses the demand stage and start-up stage of SN intelligent sanitation project.The risk factors in the design phase and the development test phase are identified,and the identified risk factors are scientifically evaluated.After that,the typical cases of intelligent sanitation projects at home and abroad are analyzed and lessons learned,on the basis of which,The project risk control measures combining elements with project process are put forward.It is hoped that it can provide a useful reference for the risk management of SN intelligent sanitation project and promote SN intelligent sanitation project.
