A Research On Intelligent Management Of ZL Company’s Urban Sanitation Business

With the continuous deepening of industrialization and urbanization,the sanitation industry market in China has developed rapidly.However,the traditional environmental protection service market has undergone earth-shaking changes driven by the mobile Internet,5G and artificial intelligence.In the process of comprehensive environmental management,it is an inevitable trend to make full use of cloud data,internet of things and other technical means to promote the reform development of China’s environmental protection service industry.Through searching and reading a large number of literatures related to intelligent sanitation management and intelligent sanitation,this paper systematically combs the development stage,basic characteristics of China’s sanitation industry and the practice of intelligent sanitation management abroad,and summarizes the development trend of intelligent management of sanitation industry.Through field interview and questionnaire survey,the problems exposed by ZL company in intelligent sanitation management are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: extensive operation management,traditional human supervision mode and low utilization rate of information technology.Combined with the basic characteristics of intelligent sanitation management in China,this paper puts forward solutions and optimization measures from the technical and organizational levels,among which the technical optimization route is mainly to build the hardware system with information,reshape the cloud platform of sanitation with wisdom,and promote scientific decision-making with big data.However,to realize the intelligent management of urban sanitation,it is not enough to rely on the optimization of technology,but also need to innovate from the whole system of the organization to adapt to the change of technology.Therefore,the organizational optimization can focus on the above three aspects of technology to build open organizational subjects based on multi-hardware system,form collaborative organizational relations supporting the sanitation cloud platform,and form a comprehensive organizational network collecting big data at the background.The generation of intelligent sanitation management begins with the innovation and wide application of technology,and finally with the deep change of organization.Through intelligent sanitation management,ZL company changes the traditional sanitation operation from manual operation to mechanized operation,realizing fine management;Through the cloud platform and big data,the operation of vehicles and the operation of front-line workers can be mastered in real time to provide data support and scientific judgment for the intelligent decision-making of the sanitation organization,and finally achieve the optimization of sanitation resources.In order to highlight the application effect of ZL intelligent management of urban sanitation.This paper also combined with the actual operation of a pilot project case analysis,through the comparison of the management situation to show the effect of intelligent sanitation management system optimization.Finally,it discusses the guarantee of intelligent sanitation management of ZL company from four aspects of enterprise culture,human resources,finance and technology.
