| The competitive strength of an enterprise includes not only the quality of its own products and the ability to apply technology,but also the ability to build and manage its talents.Whether the enterprise in its own business development,as well as in production and processing,all need to be highly skilled technical personnel and management personnel to carry out corresponding control.Therefore,how to strengthen the internal personnel management of enterprises has become the main problem of major enterprises,and the internal staff motivation management has also become a hot topic of current research.In this paper,the current situation of employee incentive management in J Company is taken as a case study,Through the method of questionnaire survey and analyzing the present situation from salary,benefits,development promotion incentives,staff training,motivation,rewards and punishment incentive,and with the examples of phosphor copper ball workshop for researches in incentive management in workshop,finding out problems existing in the management,and reconstructing the incentive management system from salary incentive,career development motivation,training motivation,culture motivation,in order to improve the management level of J copper incentive.On the other hand,it also provides certain reference experience for other enterprises in the manufacturing industry. |
