With the development of science and technology and the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy,the high dependence of new material technology enterprises on talents has become increasingly apparent.Nowadays,environmental protection new products are more and more popular,new material enterprises are booming,the competition is more and more intense,and the domestic market tends to be saturated.At this time,whoever catches the talent will have the core competitiveness.In the management of talent incentive,many enterprises generally have problems such as the management does not pay attention to,lack of system construction,neglect of employees' psychological feelings,no incentive mechanism or incentive mechanism to be improved.How to retain talents and give full play to their talents through incentive mechanism is the key for enterprises to occupy the high ground in the competition,and it is also an important task for enterprises.Based on optimizing the incentive mechanism of W New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.,stimulating the enthusiasm of employees and enhancing the competitiveness of the company,this paper finds out many problems in the incentive of employees in W New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.by means of questionnaire,discussion and on-the-spot inspection,and comprehensively analyzes the problems found by using the advanced incentive theories at home and abroad The optimization scheme is put forward from seven outstanding aspects,such as salary and welfare,education and training,career development,working environment,self realization,negative incentive and senior management.Meanwhile,the implementation guarantee and feedback evaluation mechanism of the scheme are described in detail.Through the optimization of the plan,the management pays attention to the construction of human resources,effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,and contributes more wisdom and strength to the improvement of the enterprise's competitiveness and market share.At the same time,I hope that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper can provide reference for the further study and formulation of the incentive mechanism of W New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.
