Since China's resumption of insurance business,after decades of gradual development,gradually from the low-end market to the new era of high-end market,the recognition and acceptance of insurance is getting higher and higher.In particular,in recent years,the insurance industry has implemented the Internet,financial strategy,with the promotion of the Internet,the annual volume of business is in a straight trend,more and more people choose and buy all kinds of insurance products.The new normal economic market is changing rapidly,the insurance company accelerate the transition.The competition in the industry is increasingly fierce,especially the talent competition.The index is one of the important tasks of the insurance companies to meet the current rapid development.In terms of human resources,the insurance industry is facing multiple challenges in a fast development context.One,human resource management mode to improve,as the new generation of employees enter the insurance industry,they pursue personalized,demand diversity,the traditional human resource management model has been very little.Two,the competition of the company has become more and more intense,and the company is to highlights its own advantages,to attract more talent.But the enterprise's incentive management is obviously lagging behind the current needs,the employee incentive management and the relevant measures are also more inclined to the material level,the mental level incentive experience is obviously lacking.This article will focus on the analysis of the incentive management problems existing in the electric sales center of C insurance company.Mainly through questionnaire research and field interviews and other methods to collect date,and the results of statistics and analysis.Based on the theory system of incentive management,a specific optimization scheme is given to the problems of employee salary management,employee care management,employee development promotion and so on.To provide effective employee incentive management system for C insurance company.
