As the fundamental requirement of the normal operation in complex sociotechnical system,multi-team's cooperation is the most complex and vulnerable process. How to ensure the efficient cooperation of teams and avoid the accidents is a focus of many researchers. This thesis studies the error mechanism of information transmission in the process of multi-teams'cooperation during the accidents based on the rule of accidental response in complex sociotechnical system.A model of information transmission's error is established and tested by the certain complex sociotechnical system(subway system). The result of the study is beneficial to the evaluation of the rules in emergency response and improve safety management for complex sociotechnical systems.Firstly,a frame of multi-team information transmission in the emergency response of complex sociotechnical system is built based on the Human Information Processing and Cognitive Behavior Theory.A quantitative method of information in team collaboration by combining the theory of human information transmission and human error is proposed to measure the efficiency of information transmissionSecondly,we built a complex network for multi-teams' information transmission in the emergency response by combing with the above research content. In this paper, the "nodes of complex network are defined as the event states and the "edges" are defined as the information transmission processes. The edge weight of complex network is determined by information quantification method. The network evaluation method is used to evaluate the degree centrality, closeness centrality and betweenness centrality of the nodes in the established complex network. Finally, the validity of the model is validated by taking the subway emergency as an example.Based on the background of common emergency response processes of multi-team cooperation in subway. We decompose emergency tasks to determine the information status and flow direction of teams, and calculates the average mutual information of each task process. We constructed a complex network for information transmission of subway emergency teams and evaluated the importance of network nodes. This paper identifies the important links that operated by dispatchers and skilled tasks in the subway emergency, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures that improve dispatchers' skill and use the reliable equipment to avoid information transmission errors.
