Coal is the main energy source in our country,but coal mine gas and fire accidents occur frequently in our country.Safety monitoring system becomes the ear of gas control and disaster prevention through monitoring mine disaster-causing factors,environmental factors and equipment status.Through massive monitoring data and real-time safety information,it becomes the basis of mine information and Internet of Things application,and is the wind for safety production managers.The important means of risk prevention and safety control are the important support of emergency relief and emergency rescue.However,the traditional safety monitoring system can not achieve multi-system integration because of the standard lag.There are many problems in common sensors,such as vulnerability to interference,risk,low level of protection and so on.There is no effective means to use monitoring data to achieve emergency linkage function,so the traditional safety monitoring system can not meet the needs of modern mine production.Based on the application of safety monitoring system in Yongjin Energy company Yungaishan No.1 Coal Mine of Henan Province,combined with the problems of traditional safety monitoring system,according to the relevant standards of the new version of the national safety monitoring system,the upgrading and transformation of the mine safety monitoring system are designed in detail,and the actual installation and transformation are carried out to verify the rationality of the design.After the installation and renovation of safety monitoring system,the intelligent perception system,network transmission system,Ground safety monitoring system and monitoring management software have been improved.The functions of digital transmission,multi-system integration and emergency linkage have been realized,and the management of safety monitoring system has been facilitated.Emergency methods and means have been provided for mine disaster handling,and the traditional safety monitoring system has been solved.Common drawbacks of the system.The rapid development of Internet of Things,Big Data,Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence has laid a solid foundation for the upgrading and transformation of mine safety monitoring system and brought hope for the realization of intelligent mine.It is believed that in the near future,the safety monitoring system will make a qualitative leap and serve the mine development and human progress better.
