| As a brand-new theory of corporate culture management,since it was introduced into China in the 1980s,it has attracted wide attention from the academic and business circles.With the rapid development of social economy,more and more enterprises realize that cultural management is the top one of enterprises.However,how to effectively play the role of culture and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a major issue for many enterprises,including MaiDuoShan Coal Mine.The construction of enterprise culture is the important strategic resources and valuable material and spiritual wealth for enterprise survival and development.And it’s also the important content to improve the overall quality and its core competence of enterprise as well as a key factor in the construction of a harmonious enterprise.Based on the background of the current and actual situation of coal industry in our country,Explore the detailed method and practice road of promoting enterprise culture construction.Taking the build of suitable and harmonious home culture in MaiDuoShan Coal Mine as an example,I analyzed the present situation,effectiveness and problems of the construction of enterprise culture in MaiDuoShan Coal Mine,mainly by the way of questionnaire survey,interview and typical(individual)case and other research methods.And I summarized that the problem of the fit among the cultural concept of cognitive,cultural coming-up and cultural inheritance and development existed.Thus I came up with some countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening humanistic management,pushing militarization management and dealing with cultural inheritance and innovation.Moreover,I found that the harmonious home culture in MaiDuoShan Coal Mine played a noticeable role in molding soul,cultivating people,thriving enterprise and so on.It contributes to strengthen cohesion internally,set a good image externally,improve the management of enterprises and promote the sustainable,healthy and scientific development of coal industry,which also provides with beneficial reference and experience for the management and development of coal enterprises. |
