Research On Construction Of Safety Culture Rooted In The Traditional Culture For Qianhe Coal Mine

Coal mine safety management in China has made great progress,but compared with other developed countries and industries,the coal mine safety situation is still very severe.When science and technology reach a certain level and the management system is built to a certain extent,it is necessary to further reduce the number of accidents and deaths.The modern accident cause theory points out that the unsafe behavior of human in the safety system "man,machine,ring" is the main cause of the accident.Therefore,in order to improve the safety quality of human beings and standardize human safety behavior,curing human safety values is one of the important means to improve the safety management level effectively under the current conditions of science,technology,equipment and environment.This paper expounds the concept of safety in Chinese traditional culture,analyzes the influence and function of Shanxi’s five traditional cultures on enterprise safety culture,and analyzes the role of traditional culture on the construction of enterprise safety culture according to the basic principles of safety science.Taking Qianhe coal industry in Shanxi as an example,this paper analyzes the influence and function of local traditional culture on the construction of safety culture in Qianhe coal industry by consulting local chronicles,historical data of mine construction and on-site inspection,and evaluates the present situation of safety culture construction in Qianhe coal industry by questionnaire survey,points out its shortcomings and puts forward some suggestions for improvement from four aspects:people,machine,ring and management.It is concluded that in the face of the high requirement of "zero accident,zero hidden danger and low risk" and the improvement of production efficiency,Qianhe coal industry takes the traditional culture and enterprise safety culture as the starting point.Through the construction and implementation of the modern coal mine enterprise safety culture rooted in the traditional culture,the former and the coal industry overcame the shortage of innate resource advantages and realized that there had been no serious injury or more safety accidents in ten years.Was rated as the national safety culture construction demonstration mine,national safety production standardization level mine.The main findings of the study are as follows:1)The concept of safety culture of Qianhe coal industry(good,diligence,faith,study,love,humility and peace)is derived from the five traditional cultures of Shanxi(farming culture,filial piety culture,Guan Gong culture,clean government culture and honesty culture),which can influence people’s thoughts and behaviors intentionally or unintentionally.The traditional culture makes the former and the staff develop a kind,industrious,honest,mutual love,modesty and peace of mind,and these mentality has promoted the cultural construction of the former and the coal industry.2)Through questionnaires and field research found that the former and coal safety culture construction as a whole good.However,the concept of safety does not permeate the whole mine,the implementation of safety system needs to be strengthened,the standard of safety behavior needs to be standardized,and the technical facilities should be upgraded in time and the training quality of technical workers should be improved.3)For the problems existing in the construction of safety culture of former and coal industry,the countermeasures and measures are put forward from four aspects:human,machine,ring and management.First of all,in the aspect of "human" safety culture,we should focus on the improvement of workers’ safety quality and strengthen the construction of safety culture.In the aspect of the safety culture of "machine",on the one hand,it is necessary to introduce new technology and new equipment to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment in essence;on the other hand,it is necessary to give full play to the coordination and control functions of people and management.In the aspect of safety culture of "ring",it is necessary to build both" natural environment"and" working environment ".Finally,in the aspect of safety culture of "management",when carrying out safety management system,we should strengthen the consciousness of safety responsibility and establish clear safety responsibility of each post in order to ensure the effective implementation of safety management system.Traditional culture plays an important role in the construction of safety culture in modern coal mining enterprises.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the construction of safety culture in coal enterprises.Figure[16]table[13]reference[85]...
