| With the development of market economy,in the tide of market-oriented competition,improving the competitiveness of enterprises is not only limited to the profits,benefits,products and other aspects of enterprises,corporate culture,as a soft power that plays a key role in the development and growth of enterprises,plays an increasingly important role.Facing the ever-changing economic environment,coal mine enterprises have been in an important position in the process of economic development for a long time because of the need of coal resources,and their enterprise culture is constantly changing.The enterprise culture construction of coal mine enterprises has become an important part of inspiring the management of coal mine enterprises,which plays a crucial role in the process of transformation and upgrading,reform and reorganization of coal mine enterprises.SZ Mining enterprise is a thin coal mining enterprise mainly engaged in raw coal mining.Its corporate culture is constantly changing with the development and reform of the enterprise itself.SZ mining enterprises should occupy a place in the fierce market competition,effectively improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,staff cohesion,highlighting the siege and constantly adapt to the new environment,new situation,new changes,the urgent task is to form a local characteristics and adapt to the development of the enterprise culture.Based on the four-level theory,this thesis takes the methods of literature,questionnaire and field research as tools,uses the above methods to explore the theme of cultural construction in SZ mining enterprises from four dimensions: spiritual and cultural level,institutional culture level,behavioral culture level and material culture level.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cultural construction in SZ mining enterprises,combined with the questionnaire survey to further analyze the problems and causes of cultural construction,design the promotion program of cultural construction in SZ mining enterprises.Through the research,it is found that certain measures have been taken and relevant achievements have been made in the construction of corporate culture in SZ mine,but there are also insufficient attention to the construction of corporate culture,lack of personality and characteristic corporate culture,lack of clear core concept of corporate culture;The environment is not beautified,clean and tidy enough,the carrier of corporate culture is lack of innovation,and there is no reasonable platform for corporate culture exchange.In view of the problems found,this paper proposes that the spiritual and cultural aspects of SZ mining enterprises need to enhance the attention of all parties based on the concept of safety spirit and culture,excavate and develop local and characteristic corporate culture,and establish the correct concept and concept of corporate culture.In terms of material culture,SZ mining enterprises need to further improve the enterprise environment and reasonably construct the enterprise culture exchange platform.In the aspect of institutional culture,SZ mining enterprises need to improve the institutional culture mechanism,strengthen the deep integration of institutional culture and management system,and increase the learning and training of corporate institutional culture.Behavior culture level SZ mining enterprises need to seriously implement the corporate culture policy,enrich the corporate culture carrier innovation,in-depth research on the theory of corporate culture behavior. |
