| The private economy is an important achievement in the development of the socialist market economy,and an important subject in promoting supply-side structural reform,promoting high-quality development,and building a modernized economy.With the arrival of the post-epidemic era,the development of private enterprises has put forward higher and higher requirements,and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent issue for private enterprises to achieve sustainable development.As an important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise,corporate culture plays a decisive role in the enterprise’s “Built to Last”.As a leading private enterprise in the domestic wood-based panel industry,BSD Group,after merging and acquiring several enterprises in recent years,has suffered from fragmentation and superficialization of corporate culture construction and disconnection from the company’s development strategy,incomplete integration of corporate culture after merger and acquisition,and incomplete implementation of corporate culture,which are not suitable by the rapid development of the Group and will become the biggest bottleneck that blocks the Group’s development in the long run.Taking BSD Group as an example,this thesis,based on a general review of previous scholars’ research,composes the theories related to corporate culture,corporate culture measurement theories,and the current situation of corporate culture in BSD,and then uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to measure the situation of corporate culture in the company.In the measurement process,firstly,qualitative methods such as field observation and interviews were used to make a preliminary analysis of the current situation of BSD’s corporate culture construction from four levels: material,behavioral,institutional,and spiritual.Secondly,using the Denison Organizational Culture Model as a blueprint,a questionnaire consistent with BSD’s value pursuit and the internal environment of the company was designed and applied to the actual survey,thus acquiring first-hand data on the status of the company’s corporate culture.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to comprehensively evaluate the overall construction of corporate culture.At the same time,using the basic methods of statistics,the main characteristics of BSD’s corporate culture were summarized and analyzed from the data of the valid questionnaires,and the distinguishing problems of the company’s corporate culture in four cultural traits such as participation,consistency,adaptability,mission and its twelve cultural dimensions were pointed out.In response to the problems,this thesis presents the concept of a corporate culture construction program that is organically integrated with the requirements of the company’s development strategy.This thesis aims to provide a reference for the BSD Group to establish a corporate culture that supports the company’s development strategy in an all-around and systematic way,and to provide theoretical support in terms of corporate culture to promote the company’s high-quality development.At the same time,it provides theoretical support and reference to the theoretical application system for the cultural construction of private enterprises’ enterprises. |
