Research On The Countermeasures For The Development Of Ethnic Handicraft Industry In Shannan City,Tibet

Ethnic handicraft industry is one of the three labor-intensive traditional industries in Tibet's history.Shannan contains a wealth of cultural resources,and is known as the"hometown of pulu ","hometown of apron" and“hometown of wooden bowls".Shannan national handicraft industry has a long history,a wide variety of ethnic handicraft products,unique craftsmanship,distinctive national characteristics,rich cultural connotations,and closely related to the production and life of farmers and herdsmen.It is deeply loved by domestic and foreign tourists and is the inheritance and development of "Tibet" culture.An important carrier is a typical representative of the Tibetan handicraft industry.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign Tibetan handicraft industry and Shannan City's literature on the characteristic culture and ethnic handicraft industry of Shannan City,this article finds out that there are three main subjects in the development of ethnic handicraft industry in Shannan City,namely,the development of ethnic handicraft industry in Shannan City.The government,enterprises(cooperatives)and inheritors,among which the government plays a leading role in promoting the development of the national handicraft industry,enterprises(cooperatives)are the main body of traditional craft inheritance and product production,and the national handicrafts inheritors are the core elements of development.Further,the author summarizes and analyzes that there are problems in the development of ethnic handicraft industiy in Shannan City,such as the level of modernization of production technology and the low level of enterprise agglomeration,insufficient financing channels,lack of human resources and insufficient brand influence.In view of the many problems existing in the development of ethnic handicraft industry in Shannan City,the author attempts to integrate the enterprise resources,strengthen the market research and development efforts,optimize the investment structure,broaden the financing channels of enterprises,strengthen the construction of talent team,establish and improve the talent service mechanism,and cultivate the independent brand of national handicraft industry.Implement development strategies such as brand upgrades and marketing communications.This article hopes to help the national handicraft industry in Shannan achieve long-term development by analyzing the status quo,researching the development law,and proposing realistic operability measures to meet the needs of farmers and herdsmen,to accelerate regional economic development,promote employment,increase residents'income,and optimize the industry.Structure,economic quality and efficiency,poverty alleviation,etc.,and at tbe same time help maintain social stability and protect,promote and prosper national culture.
