| Yunnan ethnic areas have been making and drinking tea in ancient time.Due to the different cognition and feeling to tea in social practice,the cultural connotations of tea are different,which formed the rich ethnic tea culture in Yunnan.Puer tea,as a special tea species in Yunnan ethnic areas,has not only economic benefits but also cultural characteristics.Moreover,the division of labor in the tertiary industry is becoming more and more sophisticated.Yunnan has an advantage in the scale and variety of Puer tea,and also has characteristic of ethnic groups in the processing and drinking of Puer tea.Pu’er tea is a representative of the tea industry in Yunnan’s ethnic minority areas.This article culls the history and characteristics of Pu’er tea,and summarizes the cultural power of Pu’er tea from tea names to brands,from tea to health,and from family to industry.The formation and development of Pu’er tea highlights the cultural characteristics of Pu’er tea and the vitality it brings to Pu’er tea industry through culture.Not only promoted the economic benefits of Pu’er tea,but also formed a cultural chain with Pu’er tea as a symbol.However,in the diversified symbiosis of the Pu’er tea industry and the cultural chain,the increasingly complicated environment and regional constraints have become increasingly prominent,especially in the cultivation,processing,production and sales of Pu’er tea.And the staff represented by the first-line tea farmers have passed on and carried forward,in the process of Pu’er tea culture,professional tea farmers lack the living space.The cultural characteristics of the original Pu’er tea are gradually being replaced by interests.The problem of insufficient development of industrial integration and other issues exist.These problems not only impact on Pu’er tea culture,and also have hindered the beneficial development of the Puer tea industry.Therefore,from the perspective of talents,culture,and innovation,improving the quality of tea farmers,promoting the development of professionals,forming cultural advantages,and strengthening industrial integration will be the future of Pu’er tea industry in Yunnan’s ethnic minority areas.What’s more,it is of great significance to study the role of Pu’er tea culture in Yunnan ethnic minority areas in the development of Pu’er tea industry to promote the development of Yunnan ethnic tea industry.In this study,we reviewed the history and culture of Pu’er tea by referring to relevant literature materials.through field surveys of ethnology,in the context of the socialist market economy,combined with the current background and reality of the new era,we found some problems of Pu’er tea culture in Yunnan ethnic areas in promoting the development of Pu’er tea industry,and put forward some more reasonable suggestions. |
