| Non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven products,which has the characteristics of flexibility,light weight,non-combustion,easy decomposition,non-toxic and non-irritating,rich color,low price,recyclable and reusable.At present,the enterprises that produce nonwovens in our country mainly have the problems of low production efficiency,poor coherence,bad working environment,inconsistent product quality and high material loss.By analyzing the production process of non-woven fabric and referring to the design experience of other textile production lines,this paper designs and develops a continuous automatic production line of non-woven fabric.Through the analysis of vibration problem of needle punching machine,which is the key mechanical equipment in nonwoven production line,the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation analysis.The main contents include:(1)Firstly,this paper analyses the problems existing in the production process and automation of non-woven fabrics,and probes into the overall design scheme,equipment composition and overall layout of the automatic production line of non-woven fabrics.According to the design requirements,the main production links of non-woven fabrics are determined:clearing links,carding links and needling links.Referring to the design experience and structural principle of other textile products,the structure design,three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis of the clearing device,carding device and needle-punching device are carried out respectively.(2)Aiming at the corner nail hitter,the key component of the uniaxial flow clearing device in the clearing process,the selection design,stress and strain analysis are carried out to verify the feasibility of the design.In the process of carding,double-cylindrical three-roller random carding system is selected to sort out the fibre flocs.In the preparation stage of the design plan,the carding situation and transfer path of the fibre flocs in the carding machine were analyzed,and the optimum carding effect,the shortest transfer path and the lowest fibre flocs loss were explored.Finally,the single spindle and single needle plate needle-punching mechanism is selected to reinforce the fiber layer,and the parameters of the needle-punching mechanism are designed and calculated comprehensively,and a three-dimensional model is constructed.(3)Needle punching machine is the key mechanical device of non-woven automatic production line.The frequency of needle punching is determined by the needle punching mechanism.Increasing needling frequency is helpful to improve the quality and output of non-woven fabrics.In this paper,the mechanism of vibration of needle-punching machine is explored from two aspects:dynamic analysis and finite element analysis of key parts,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.Finally,the feasibility of the mechanism is verified by simulation analysis.This paper designs and develops an automatic production line for non-woven fabric,which realizes the whole process of fine fiber materials from opening,cleaning and needling to non-woven products.The continuous,efficient and clean production of nonwovens has been realized,the production efficiency has been improved and the labor intensity has been reduced. |
