C/C composite is an excellent emerging engineering material with high temperature resistance,ablation resistance,and thermal shock resistance.It is widely used in aviation and aerospace fields.Fabrication technology of needle-punching prefrom was developed by nonwoven needle punching process.Needle-punching technology is used to enhance the connection between the layers of the preform material,and having a uniform pore distribution,easily forming high dense preform,high inplane and interlaminar shear strength,etc.,have broad development prospects.However,domestic acupuncture charcoal / charcoal prefabricated equipment has few types and low level of automation.Most of the prefabricated molding is completed by semimachinery and semi-manual.At the same time,there are few reports on special equipment for acupuncture of preforms with special shapes,which greatly limits the development and application of acupuncture technology in the field of C/C composite materials.Based on the needling of C/C composite crucibles as the background,based on the analysis of the current state of research on acupuncture prefabrication equipment at home and abroad,this article develops a preform needling machine for the needs of 26-inch C/C crucible preforms.To achieve acupuncture of a 26-inch C/C crucible preform,the main research contents are as follows:According to the overall dimensions of the crucible preform and the needling process of the preform,determine the design scheme that the device should adopt.The crucible preform needling machine is composed of a needling mechanism,a needling platform assembly and a preform core mold assembly.The scheme design of each component is compared,and a virtual prototype of the needling machine is established based on Pro/E software.Analyze the kinematics and mechanical characteristics of the acupuncture mechanism and calculate the balance of the swing force of the mechanism to ensure that the acupuncture mechanism meets the requirements of acupuncture work;In order to avoid the dimensional deviation of manual cutting of laminated carbon cloth,the required cutting shape and mathematical model for automatic cutting of laminated carbon cloth are designed;In order to solve the uneven needle puncture marks of complex curved preforms,the design method of flat wave-shaped cloth needles was used to design the needle plate of torus preform,and the design of the complex curved preform needle plate was summarized.According to the plan of the crucible pre-needle needling machine and the needling process requirements,the control system of the 26-inch C/ C crucible needling machine was designed.At the same time,the software and hardware of the control system were designed and the system was debugged.For a 26-inch C/C crucible needling machine,the function verification of the needling mechanism,the carbon cloth cutting and layup experiment,and the needling trace uniformity experiment were performed.
