| Carbon/carbon composite material is a composite material with excellent performance,which has the advantages of thermal shock resistance,high temperature ablation resistance,etc.,and has been widely used in aerospace,national defense and other fields.The carbon/carbon preform needle punching technology uses needle punching to enhance the correlation between material layers.The needle punched preform has the advantages of uniform fiber distribution,easy densification,and good interlayer performance.In this paper,the carbon/carbon composite material crucible support rod prefabricated body is taken as the research object.On the basis of research and analysis of prefabricated body acupuncture machines at home and abroad,combined with the process requirements of small diameter carbon/carbon support rod prefabricated body,a small Diameter carbon/carbon support bar prefabricated body needling machine,the main r-esearch contents are as follows:First,the design requirements and process flow of the small-diameter carbon/carbon support bar prefabricated needling machine are analyzed,and the overall design scheme is proposed.The functional analysis of the support coiling and clamping mechanism mainly includes support function,coiling function and clamping function.For the supporting function,considering that the shape of the mandrel is a slender cylinder,the support of the mandrel is optimized,and the finite element analysis is carried out on it.The simulation results show that the bending deflection of the mandrel is about 0.035 mm,indicating that the support mechanism is very effective in reducing the mandrel in The deformation effect is better under the action of acupuncture force.Aiming at the coiling function and clamping function of the support mechanism,the mechanical analysis of the support coiling and clamping mechanism and the selection analysis of its key components are carried out to complete the design and analysis of the support mechanism.The kinematics analysis of the acupuncture mechanism of the small-diameter carbon/carbon support bar prefabricated body acupuncture machine was carried out.According to the kinematics analysis results,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the needle beam assembly were drawn with matlab software,and the acupuncture mechanism was analyzed with Adams software.Kinematics simulation to verify the rationality of the analysis.Carry out mechanical analysis on the acupuncture mechanism and check the strength of the main parts of the acupuncture mechanism to ensure the safety of the structural strength.Using the dynamic static method to replace the mass of the acupuncture mechanism,and to study its balance,it is determined that the mass of the weight wheel is about 16.48 kg.Through the modal analysis module in Ansys software,the vibration stability of the acupuncture mechanism is studied,and the design and analysis of the acupuncture mechanism are finally completed.The paper analyze the function of the wire-arrangement mechanism of the smalldiameter carbon/carbon support rod prefabricated body acupuncture machine,and study the trajectory of the yarn when it turns back at the end of the mandrel and its winding stability according to the principle of winding motion.Combined with the actual working conditions,adopt the equal-pitch winding method and determine the range of pitch and helix angle to ensure the uniformity and stability of yarn winding.The selection and analysis of the key components of the wire-arrangement mechanism of the small-diameter carbon/carbon prefabricated body acupuncture machine was carried out,and the design of the wire-arrangement mechanism was completed.The small-diameter carbon/carbon prefabricated body acupuncture machine was assembled,and the feasibility of the small-diameter carbon/carbon preformed body acupuncture machine was verified through the yarn winding and needle-punching experiments of the acupuncture mechanism. |
