| With the rapid development automobile industry in China, the demands and requirements ofautomotive interior materials are getting higher and higher. People’s demand of automobile haschanged gradually from the initial transport tool to comfortable mobile space, thus the mechanicalproperty and comfortable performance became an important standard to measure its quality. Thenoise generated by the car is one of the crucial indicator saffecting comfort of automobile. Glassfiber reinforced composite materials not only has high strength and light weight, but also has goodshock absorption,good fatigue resistance, good resistance to chemical corrosion an so on. What’smore, it has excellent anti-bullet property and noise reduction performance with cheap price.Needled glass fiber mat produced by technology of needle-punched nonwoven processing hasbeen widely used in various fields, such as filtration industry, automobile industry and so on. Thisproject mixtures PP fiber and glass fiber, then needle them. PP/glass fiber needle-punched felt wemade can be used as sound insulation material of automobile engine which broadens the scope ofapplication of glass fiberas well as educes the production costs of enterprises.This article is on the background of launched project in Zhejiang Henze company which isdeveloping a production line of PP/glass fiber needle-punched felt. Combining with the actualsituation of this company, we set finishing engineering design of PP/glass needle-punched feltproduction line and passing company inspection as the target. The main contents in this paper canbe divided into the following aspects:1. Analysis the development status quo of PP/glass fiber needle-punched felt and itsapplication in automotive field. According to need of the market and customer, we determineproduct program and scale of engineering design. 2. Determine the project production process and equipment selection. Make a reasonablechoice of production process and equipments, according to the situation of market developmentand the own conditions of enterprise.3. Participate in making the engineering construction plan of workshop, including electricalengineering, plan design and hydropower system configuration of the workshop.4. Participate in the installation and commissioning of the entire production line, record theproblems during the process, and put forward some reasonable solutions.5. Be responsible for the whole project of factory inspection from making the whole factoryinspection plan, making the preparation of inspection files and arranging locale to finishing thefinal factory inspection.The project is last for one year from project preparation at the beginning to installation anddebugging of production line, from establishment of quality management system to meetingcustomers’ requirements of products quality and finishing factory inspection. Through the projectengineering design and practice, we draw the following conclusions:1. Install the production line of PP/glass needle-punched felt. The production line mainlyproduces insulation materials of automotive engine with surface density of400-650g/m2and thethickness of3.5-6.6mm.2. Reasonable selection of production equipment. Choose glass fiber cutting machine, fromthe bale open machine to the carding machine choose the productions of Qingdao Defengmachinery manufacturing co., LTD. The Web machine choose Asselin-Thibeau company’svitality Ⅱ spread net machine. The needle machine choose Yizheng Huakai company’sBG218-250type needle machine.3. The project total installed power of500kw, adopts the secondary load production ispowered by electricity. as well as makes rational utilization of hydropower, electric energy, heatand so on. Make the reasonable layout and design of factory according to the productionequipment and production line.4. Determine this project production line of craft parameters. The main acupuncture processis: the acupuncture machine needle frequency is550/min, needle deeply12mm; the Master ofacupuncture needle machine frequency is600/min, needle deeply10mm.5. Finish the whole process of the entire inspection, including project program design,material preparation, production site layout, as well as the reasonable arrangement andconfiguration of staff. Finally, we meet the requirements of the quality control standard forTS16949quality system. and successfully pass through factory inspection which can be preparefor future mass production and bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise. |
