Street lamps are important infrastructure facilities in the city.With the urbanization process accelerates,their demand continues to grow.The lamp pole is the main part of the street lamp,and its production line belongs to large-volume,multi-variety and multi-process manufacturing methods.There are enormous influence factors,so that is difficult to achieve the optimization of efficient and accurate capacity.In order to adapt to the increasing competitive pressure of the street lamp manufacturing industry,this dissertation takes the production line of a lamp pole as the research object,and optimizes the design by digital factory technology to effectively increase the production capacity.The main research work includes the following contents:(1)Investigation and analysis of lamp pole production factory.The survey and analysis of the street lamp manufacturing factory were carried out from five aspects: operation mode,process flow,operation equipment,plant layout and personnel arrangement.The detailed information of each process was summarized,the data foundation was established for subsequent research.(2)Optimization design of equipment selection scheme for lamp pole production line based on ant colony algorithm.The mathematical model of the production line equipment is selected for the hierarchical relationship between the process,the processing method and the processing equipment.The processing cost,processing efficiency,production error,scrap rate and failure rate are set to describe the performance of each processing equipment,and the maximum value of the equipment matching performance score is taken as an optimization target.The ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal combination scheme of equipment.(3)Digital model construction of lamp pole production line.The production sequence and production parameters of the process are set by the Plant Simulation logistics module;the production process and data output are controlled by the SimTalk language module,and the digital model of the lamp pole production line is run,and the actual production data is compared to verify the accuracy of the digital model.(4)Optimal configuration of production line buffer area capacity and number of stations.Discuss the impact of the short-time process buffer area capacity and the number of bottleneck process stations on the capacity,and select the buffer capacity and the number of stations to optimize the production capacity from the simulation results;aiming at the comprehensive impact of the capacity of the four buffers and the number of stations,the "level simulation" experimental scheme was designed to obtain the optimal production design by reducing the experimental range and improving the simulation accuracy.The research results show that the application of ant colony algorithm to find the optimal equipment selection scheme can provide the objective and accurate equipment selection reference standard for the factory;by constructing the digital model of production line,the simulation optimizes the optimization of the buffer area capacity and the number of processing stations in the production line.Can effectively increase production line capacity.The research results of this dissertation also have certain reference significance for the optimization of similar multi-parameter production lines.
