| My company’s environmental protection relocation project was approvalled by NDRC on December 31,2012.A modern iron and steel company is developing.The mainly topic is aimed at the optimization design of process equipment for the flat steel production line.The steel rolling system in the project planning a total of 1 optical edge finder production line, 1 flat steel production line and 6 high speed wire rod production lines,altogether eight steel rolling production lines.Taking into account the future production of high-grade products, rolling system also reserved workshop.8 steel rolling production lines are divided into two steps, divided into new and overall relocation two ways. Among them, the flat steel production line completed in one step in the construction.The flat steel whole production line choose 25 sets of rolling mill. This paper expounds the selection of the main equipment, the scale of production, the structure of the product, the demand of raw material continuous casting billet, the working system and the corresponding working time.The workshop main equipment include:main rolling mill, heating furnace,billet lift machine, segmented shear, vertical piston, water cooling device, step into the rack type cooling bed, sizing saw machine, sizing cold shear, burial pit,off line finishing equipment and workshop crane transportation equipment.Aiming at the shortage of the original design.Acc.ording to reduce the engineering investment, the principle of ensuring the quality of the project, through the design and simulation and other means, optimize the structure of the equipment and engineering construction measures, so as to form the best design scheme. |
