Nowadays,the world economic situation is very complicated,which is influenced by the international situation in the Middle East and the market changes of oil-producing countries.With the further requirements of reform and opening up,the market competition of refined oil in China is becoming more and more complex and fierce.As the terminal of the retail network of refined oil,gas stations are facing customers directly,and they are the main profit sources of refined oil sales enterprises.Therefore,the success or failure of gas station network construction project determines the survival and development of refined oil sales enterprises to a certain extent.This paper starts with the basic research of the project’s top ten knowledge fields and other related research results and theories to develop detailed project design,and at the same time make relevant project investment budget,and analyze the economic benefits that the project can generate.Based on the gas station construction project that was contacted in the actual work of Z Company,the project was applied from the investment policy and economic environment to the feasibility study of the new Z company gas station.The research mainly uses literature analysis method,case analysis method and qualitative quantitative analysis method to analyze the feasibility of Z company gas station investment project.The evaluation is carried out in four directions:project decision-making,project implementation,investment cost control,and target benefit,so as to evaluate the realization degree of the project’s expected goals,the rationality and benefit of project planning and decision-making.Discuss the problems of qualification risk,security risk,financial risk and sales risk of Z company gas station in the management of gas station investment projects,and propose improvements between provincial companies,prefecture companies,county companies and gas stations.method.
