The Economic Benefit Analysis Of T Company's Nickel-iron Project Investment In Indonesia

Driven by the development of economic globalization,with the development of China's economy and the enhancement of its comprehensive national strength,the internationalization process of Chinese enterprises has begun to speed up,and more domestic enterprises have chosen overseas high-quality targets for mergers and acquisitions or direct investment.Through direct overseas investment or cross-border M & A integration,domestic enterprises can realize industrial structure adjustment or acquire advanced technology,thus realizing supply-side reform.In addition,obtaining raw materials at relatively low prices in resource countries to realize the advantage of domestic production cost is also one of the important reasons for transnational investment.As an important raw material for stainless steel,nickel ore is one of the mineral resources that China relies heavily on imports.Especially with the development of new energy vehicles,the demand for nickel ore is further increased,and the nickel gap gradually appears.Indonesia,the world's most important nickel producer,restricts the export of nickel ore.In order to obtain sufficient and low-priced nickel mines,more and more Chinese enterprises choose to invest in Indonesia to build factories to produce nickel iron.Based on the theory of accounting,financial management and investment science,this paper introduces the smelting process,investment environment,market supply and demand,economic benefit and risk evaluation,and calculates and forms the cash flow statement.The financial analysis and uncertainty analysis of the project are carried out by the investment evaluation analysis method,which forms the basic standard for the economic benefit evaluation of the nickel iron smelting construction project.
