| While China is finishing its transitional period of WTO entry, pharmacy enterprises in China will face competition from domestic and international market. In fierce market competition, our pharmacy enterprises could strengthen their core competitness with the R&D and commissioning of new products, thus they could realize sustainable development. R&D and commissioning of new products are highly risky, thus, to evaluate the economic benefit of the investment projects of new products is a prerequisite for pharmacy enterprises to low investment risk, enhance the scientificity and efficiency of investment decisions, it is also a primary assurance for pharmacy enterprises to achieve sustainable development.The paper analyzed the business environment of domestic pharmacy enterprises. Several thorough analyses were made about the general situation, market environment, market prospective and construction indicators of the investment proposal of FK project HZ Pharmacy Ltd. Theories of project cost management and evaluation of economic benefit are introduced to take financial evaluation and the sensitivity analysis of investment proposals of FK project HZ Pharmacy Ltd; established an indicator system as well as an evaluation model for the evaluation of economic benefit in the investment projects of pharmacy enterprises. Based on enterprise's subject of investment, the paper evaluated the economic benefit of HZ Pharmacy Ltd FK investment project; from the view of HZ Pharmacy Ltd development strategy, the paper made strategic analysis and evaluation of the investment decision in FK project. It is indicated that the investment decision of HZ Pharmacy Ltd FK project is in accordance with company's development strategy, and has considerable economic benefit. The research findings in this paper provide a scientific method and a new thought for project decision in pharmacy enterprises.
