Contextual Expression Of Screen In Public Space

With the development of society,the changes of modem life has brought new material and cultural needs to human beings,which made people's thoughts,aesthetics and values are changing dynamically.The screen has become the most commonly used methods which serve as spatial functional division means in many public space designs,and this ean eater to the requirements of many People.However,how screen design should adapt to the requirements of the times,and at the same time meet people,s material needs and spiritual sustenance is the most modern design thinking.As a public place for interpersonal colmunication,a specific artistic atmosphere is needed to meet the different physiological and psychological needs of the people.In this paper,through studying the unique "context" of public space,in the perspective of "people" focus on the close relationship between public space and the screen design.The method of public art was combined to fully understand the screen design elements and how to contact space attribute of the public space so that we can explore design method of the screen effectively.It also can provide the theoretical basis for the innovative research of Chinese traditional fiumitire design and integrates the traditional fiimitUre design into the eharacteristics of the times,making the sereen design rational and reliable.When the screen is displayed in the form of a public art work in the public space,it is more conducive to promoting the communication between people,enhancing people's common cognition,and becoming the bond to repair social interaction.The unique artistic attributes of public art can maximize the creation of the atmosphere of public space by the screen,so as to promote the contemporary development of screen culture and facilitate better communication among people in public space.
