Research On The Problem Of Rural Environmental Pollution Control In China

In recent years,China's rural economy has developed rapidly,with the continuously enriched rural industrial structure,flourished township and village enterprises,and changing living standards and consumption concepts of farmers'.However,economic development has brought serious environmental problems,such as living environment of farmers is seriously polluted,agricultural production suffers damage,rural ecological environment deteriorates and so on.This not only brought great inconvenience to the lives of villagers,it has also seriously affected the process of building a new rural construction with the well-off society in an all-round way,which is even more detrimental to the sustainable development of rural areas.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to solve the problem of rural environmental pollution.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party,Our country has proposed to promote the construction of ecological civilization and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The state has paid more and more attention to rural environmental issues.In the past,our country paied more focus on the development in the city.Many policies and experiences of environmental governance are all based on the characteristics of the city's environment.Although rural environmental governance has achieved some effects,the rural environmental infrastructure is still weak.Rural environmental governance started late.There are still many problems and deficiencies in the governance process.Based on this,exploring the issue of rural environmental pollution control is an inevitable requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way,also is the only way to promote the construction of ecological civilization and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The article takes Ma Zhenfu Township of Tanghe County as the research object.I had conducted research on the current situation of rural environmental pollution control in Ma Zhenfu Township through interview investigation and related theoretical knowledge.The purpose is to find that it is limited by objective reasons such as infrastructure,professional talents,professional means,and mature mechanisms in rural environmental pollution control,with the local government pays attention to the economy and ignores environmental issues and other subjective reasons.This all lead to the effect of rural environmental pollution control is not obvious.Based on this,the article combines professional knowledge,using a variety of governance theories,through the combination of empirical analysis and literature analysis,to solve the general problems of rural environmental pollution control in China,try to propose operability from multiple latitudes,comprehensively and systematically.Implementable solutions to rural environmental pollution problems,such as: building a multi-subject governance network for rural environmental pollution,innovating rural environmental pollution control concepts,improving rural environmental pollution control systems,and broadening rural environmental pollution control measures,in an effort to fundamentally improve China The quality of the rural environment will achieve a sound and rapid development of the rural economy.
