China’s vast coal resource-based regions have made great achievements in economic construction with their natural resources rich in coal resources,but with the rough economic and social activities,the structure of the original ecosystem has been disrupted,and its services function is constantly degrading.This paper takes Huainan City,Anhui Province,a coal resource-based city in the period of industrial transformation as the research object.Firstly,it expands the traditional value-equivalent factor method model from the aspects of ecosystem quality and scarcity,and evaluates the value of ecosystem services in the region in 2006-2017,and analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics of ecosystem services.Then,takeing the coupling-coordination model based on grey relational analysis to analyze the coupling relationship between industrial structure and ecosystem service function in the region.Based on the research results,the countermeasures for the coordinated development of industrial and ecosystem service function in coal resource-based regions are proposed.The results show that:(1)During the period of 2006-2017,the ecosystem service value of Huainan City is generally decreasing,mainly due to the decline in ecosystem service function values of water conservation,waste recycling and climate regulation,but the downward trend gradually slows down.(2)The intensity of ecosystem service function in the region exhibits the pattern of high levels in the east and south,relatively low levels in the central and north,which demonstrating that the ecosystem service function in the coal mining area is still relatively weak,while that in traditional mining area is improving.(3)The comprehensive development level of the industrial structure subsystem of Huainan City is increasing,the comprehensive development level of the ecosystem subsystem is declining,and the overall development level of the industrial structureecosystem service function system has been at a low level.(4)There is a mediumintensity coupling relationship between industrial structure and ecosystem service functions in Huainan City.The coupling degree between industrial structure and ecosystem service function is “inverted U-shaped”.(5)In 2006-2013,the coordination degree between industrial structure and ecosystem service function in Huainan City showed a trend from slow rise to rapid rise,from low coordination to medium coordination.It was under low coordination in 2014-2017 and showed a rapid growth trend.
